In all honesty, I’m really not sure what it is about the tall tee that makes it so wardrobe-essential. I just love having a long garment to drape over something like leather leggings or a short skirt, and pair it with cool booties or heels – depending on the situation. I like that they can look completely casual and effortless, but also uber-dressy, resembling a long dress. I chose a tall tee with a slit right smack dab in the middle of the shirt that runs all the way up to my belly-button. That way, I can allow for one of my favourite skirts to peek through, just enough to make a colourful (in this case non-colourful) statement.
